Calvinism or Arminianism, which is correct? Perhaps the answer lies somewhere in between. In his book, "God's Provision for All," Dr. Flowers introduces the concept of "Provisionism" as a soteriological label. This label aims to emphasize God's provision for each individual in direct contrast to Calvinistic claims that suggest God's love and means of salvation are exclusive to only a few. Dr. Flowers eloquently states:

"We believe that a truly good God is one who provides for those in need.

- We are all sinners, but God provides.

- We cannot save ourselves, but God provides.

- We are hopeless, but God provides.

- If someone needs revelation, God provides.

- If someone needs atonement, God provides.

- If someone needs love, God provides."

He continues, asserting that God's provision extends not only to oneself but to every single man, woman, boy, and girl. The belief stems from the conviction that the Bible teaches a good person inherently provides for those in need. Hence, as a God characterized by unparalleled goodness, He is a God who indefatigably provides for all those in need. God does not pass by His enemies on the other side of the road; instead, He actively stops to offer help, as He instructs us to do (Luke 10:25-37).

We firmly hold the belief that no one perishes due to a lack of provision. We align ourselves with the words of Paul who declared, "They perish because they refused to love the truth and be saved" (2 Thessalonians 2:10). Those who find themselves eternally separated from God cannot rightfully claim, "No provision was made for me," or "My Creator did not genuinely love or desire me." Their reasoning is unfounded, as they deliberately rejected the sincere appeals of a gracious Father who generously provided everything necessary for them to believe and repent, thus securing their salvation. What better label can be assigned to a soteriological worldview other than one that beautifully underscores God's provision for each and every individual He has created?"
